Two-Factor Authentication
While it is an option, we strongly recommend you set up two-factor authentication after signing in for the first time.
To set up two-factor authentication click on your avatar in the upper right-hand corner of the page (step 1). Then click on Settings. On the left click Security (step 2). There you will find the two-factor authentication option and instructions (step 3).

Encrypt Files Before Uploading Them
As one more layer of security, we recommend encrypting your files before uploading them to Solo Archive. While our security and server-side encryption are good, this is an extra step to give those who wish to upload sensitive data a piece of mind.
If you do wish to take this route we recommend Boxcryptor, their encryption works flawlessly with Solo Archive. Please check out their website for more information.
Desktop And Mobile Sync
After logging in and getting the lay of the land. You can optionally set up sync on your desktop and/or phone. For steps on how to, go to the Downloads page.
Follow The T.A.C. (Terms and Conditions)
Remember, it is not permitted to upload anything that would be deemed illegal or unlawful (in the USA).
It is also not permitted to upload anything that might have malicious code within it (please keep the cloud safe!).
