Nothing takes up more space than raw footage.
You might only post a 10 min video but that might have been hours of footage. Same with photos. Post 10 photos but what about the 120 pictures you have taken?
All this data needs a home and it might not be cost-effective to shell out thousands of dollars for your own infrastructure.
